Transcriptome Analysis of CircRNA in Aging Research

INQUIRY

CircRNAs are stable non-coding RNA molecules that are formed by terminal covalent junctions. With the onset of aging, the level of circRNAs in the cells of an organism may increase as well and certain specific circRNAs may be detected. Therefore, it is important to determine whether changes in the expression of circRNAs are associated with aging and related diseases by assay analysis.

CD BioSciences is committed to partnering with you, we leverage advanced sequencing technologies to provide the best solution for your specific circRNA research project to help researchers deepen their understanding of the biology of aging circRNAs.

Analysis of CircRNA Accumulation in Aging

CircRNA, which is a specific, highly stable, age-regulated circRNA formed by a reverse splicing mechanism, has been found to increase with aging in the brains of many organisms.

We measure circRNA expression changes during aging in a variety of animal models for aging research, including Drosophila, mouse, and cryptic rod nematode. In addition, in human aging research, we focus on aging-related circRNA expression changes through circRNA assays to discover markers of biological aging and develop therapies for age-related diseases.

Our Comprehensive CircRNAs Analysis Services

We can analyze the whole transcriptome range of known and unknown circRNAs in any species, enabling digital transcriptional expression analysis.

Sequencing services

Our paired-end sequencing enables efficient detection of circRNAs and their genomic locations, ensuring high-quality readout of samples. circRNA sequencing services include sample quality control, enrichment of circRNA species by degradation of rRNA and other linear RNA fragments, library preparation, and sequencing, Known and unknown circRNAs can be identified and circRNA regulatory networks can be explored.

Data analysis services

High-quality, high-precision, and standardized data services are essential for transcriptome analysis. We provide in-depth analysis of circRNA sequencing data, mainly including quality control, mapping statistics, circRNA target gene prediction, statistics and quantification of different circRNA types, differential expression and functional analysis of circRNAs, interaction with other RNAs, etc.

We compare the expression levels of circRNAs between different conditions or age groups, to identify circRNAs that are significantly differentially expressed with age. Then, we utilize bioinformatics resources such as databases and functional enrichment analysis tools (e.g., GO, KEGG) to gain insights into the role of circRNAs in aging-related processes.

Furthermore, we integrate the circRNA sequencing data with other omics data, such as mRNA sequencing or miRNA sequencing data. Integrative analysis can help unravel potential regulatory interactions and molecular networks that contribute to aging.

Our Advantages

  • Rigorous circRNA analysis methods can be used to fully characterize the expression levels of candidate circRNAs.
  • Obtain single-base resolution circRNA sequence information.
  • Standard software and a proven bioinformatics analysis system.
  • Customized services based on a wide range of needs, providing high-quality and publishable data results.

The analysis of circRNA can lead to better applications of circRNA in the fields of aging biology, anti-aging technology, and disease medicine.
